Deliveries and Returns

  • All orders will be processed during the week. If the item is not in stock, one of our team members will contact you to give an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery time for items that are not in stock will take between 4-6 weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date it will be shipped. You will be notified via email or any other contact info provided when your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

  • We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer exchanges or refunds in the form of original payment or exchange. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. A refund will be issued on your credit card within 2-3 business days
  • Before items are returned or exchanged, they must go through a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Items must be returned with the original tag on. Returns will NOT be accepted without the tag on.

Custom Orders

  • All custom orders require a payment in full at the time of the order. All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
